What We Do
As it says on the tin we are Citroen and Peugeot specialists. This means we work on Citroen and Peugeot cars virtually exclusively - the virtually comes from occasionally helping existing customers who are misguided enough to run inferior cars in addition to their Citroen or Peugeot! Historically we started as Citroen specialists and have build up a large collection of specialist tooling for that purpose. As some of you will know Citroen and Peugeot have been part of one company (PSA) since 1974. Since then there has been an increasing trend towards commonality between the two marques. Engines, gearboxes, drive-train and brakes are often virtually identical. Most of the tooling, and the product knowledge, that we have built up applies to both Citroen and Peugeot. The same is true of the diagnostic equipment that is essential for today’s vehicles.
We are able to offer a comprehensive service on current and past Citroen and Peugeot vehicles. This includes servicing (including during the warranty period) all types of repairs from changing a bulb to fitting a new engine, air conditioning service and repairs and MOT work.
Our policy regarding parts is to fit the best and we make no apologies for this. Being independent allows us to use top quality parts without having to charge manufacturers' prices. This can be typified by our policy of using only those clutches uses by Citroen and Peugeot themselves. Neither manufacturer makes clutches, relying on specialist clutch manufacturers instead. We buy from these manufacturers rather that Citroen or Peugeot. Our customers get the correct parts at a considerable saving over the car makers prices. This same philosophy applies to everything we do. We don’t aim to be cheap, anyone can do that, they just cut corners! What we aim for is to be value for money. Maybe we are just old fashioned but a good job at a fair price is our aim.
